Anecdotally, most people say my area of living and area of work have more petty crime since lockdown.

I had one car break-in where they stole my Apple original lightning charging cable and authentic Dischem sunglasses. Both are very sought-after products on the black market and I imagine the criminal was able to retire on the proceeds.

Someone please tell that moron cele because he probably can't read.

He must hurry and disarm the citizens so that his cadres have success in the new crime wave.

Years ago already the crime in South Africa was described as a low intensity war.

In the mean time the ANC let the rest of destitute Africa stream over our borders.

Gee, I wonder what could go wrong?

The cops don't patrol after curfew so it's no surprise criminals would be out there doing what they do best with no law abiding citizen in sight to hinder them. Loadshedding also happens after curfew so yeah, shocker.
