do a search for the batteries make mentioned, seems its quite a big industry.
why dont gumtree prevent these type of batteries from being listed even?

Are these cellular companies even involving CPFs and localised security companies in any way?

Obviously the problem is not so bad, as the cellular companies have yet to setup their own security services and start private prosecutions of the perpetrators.
