crude oil at 57 odd dolla?

wtf is petrol still so high

we are still paying the same amount for petrol when it was at 77 dolla

its now 54 dolla, shouldnt it have dropped by more than a rand now?


why is it when crude goes up petrol does

but when crude goes down petrol goes down a tiny bit

It will drop more, it takes a while to filter down, just like it takes a while to go upwards...

Yeah, we still using the oil we bought when it was at a high level. When that oil is gone and we start using the oil from the current "low" price we will see a drop.

It takes roughly five months for the oil purchased today to work its way into the petrol pumps.

petrol price has been dropping but not as much as anticipated because our rand is devaluing at the same time. As long the the devaluation not as much as petrol price decrease, we'll see petrol prices go lower next month as well. Rand not looking too good now.
