Crystalweb Hybrid@work misadvertisement (all capped, not capped/uncapped hybrid)

Hi there,

Look at Crystalweb's website, up till today (2017/05/30 09:50), the website stated:

HOWEVER, signinig up, you get a "fine print" icons stating:

SO that "150GB peak" piqued my mind, as something "fishy", so I "live chatted" to the support staff, which told me: "The 150GB is the cap that is applied from 18:00-08:00" questioning this, he said he'll refer it to management.

I've also logged the support call last wek about this, and management still haven't come back.

I've called the sales desk this morning, with the same answers, stating "it's a capped and we trying to get the developers to fix the wording" and that they will get back to management.

I do feel this a bit of a mis advertisement that states/advocates "uncapped" from 18:00-08:00, then doesn't deliver the goods stating that at sign up it's was stated only 150GB??? :confused:

So you post here but not in the feedback thread where many of your customers are experiencing **** service and comical support?

Right now (2017/05/31@11:40), it still wasn't "fixed", but more to the point: Is it a totally *un*capped solution from 18:00-08:00? or is the sales and support teams correct in their responses that I'll only have 150GB during the 18:00-08:00 period for the month??

The cap applies to the business hours from 08:00-18:00.

Outside of that it's uncapped.

I contacted them about three months ago about the images on xtreme home capped where the fine print of anything below 250 gig states 500 gig + +uncapped 0:00-08:00 and it still has not been fixed. Happy with my account so far, but it does seem that they are struggling to get the web site just right.
