The erstwhile defence minister was responsible for this illegal arrangement, let her pay it out of her own pocket.
Sadly, it does not work like that in the Democratic Republic of South Wakanda..

are we still surprised by what these oxygen thieves are capable of? Nothing has changed - its the same rot from the 70s, only difference is they were handed a working country, with its faults, was light years ahead. Now is it dark years behind.
Start looking for caves to live in - they will become sought after property as we slip back into the dark ages and MAYBE just MAYBE we will get a glimpse of the iron age again

The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) still owes R180 million for an unproven Covid-19 drug it procured in an illegal deal with a Cuban company.
If it's an illegal deal, then why should we pay???

“Heads must not only roll for those who were involved in this shocking abuse of public resources, but they must also be held accountable,” Marais stated.
Taxpayers want
a) Money back
b) jail for those responsible.
