Cup Cakes

I love how your mind works!!!:D I can cut those tiny marshmallows and make polka dot cup cakes. Sheez you are good! Love the spider idea for Halloween:D

I used the spider a idea once for a bday party for someone. but I iced maries, with melted choc. then used white melted chocolate and made circles starting at the centre. took a toothpick, and then started from the centre to make the straight strands for the web. it looks cool. when it set, I put my 'spider' on with a bit of melted choc

roses are pretty. and aren't so difficult to make.

I am gonna attempt to make some babies and men out of my choc modelling paste later

I woke up with this idea of making a cupcake with a nice soft chocolatey centre. But nor sure what to use. putting in a block of chocolate before baking it, will be nice. but it'll set again once cool.

so maybe I should make either:
1. chocolate ganache, make a hollow in cupcake after baking and fill it up.
2. make chocolate mousse and add it to hollowed cupcake. And then top it off with chocolate ganache

must still think a bit

Cupcakes are nice but I prefer blueberry muffins.
Got some bananas I'm waiting for to ripen for a banana loaf so I think I will do some blueberry muffins in the mean time.

This always cracks me up,

what about using a needle to fill the cupcake?

then it is easier to make the "hollow"

no peder, I will just hollow it the same way I usually do when doing my awesome strawberry cupcakes. Then I use my piping bag to put filling in
