Current home loan interest rates?

If anyone is currently applying for a home loan, could you share what interest rate you're being offered?

I was offered -1.5% on first R600,000, and then .5% on anything over.

I know the banks have become difficult with regards to interest rates, etc. lately.

I was offed -1.2 on R700 000 so it looks like a sliding scale.
My is a first time. But from what i have heard it is quite good.
I applied with FNB. You?
