I recently listened to this conversation of a guy in the US trying to cancel his AOL account. It reached CNN becuase of the bad customer care. I though to myself: if this is considered so terribly bad, what would they think of Telkom?? My last pnonecall to Telkom lasted for 1hour 21 minutes, and the guy still did not sort out my problem! When I asked to speak to his superviser, he made me hold for a few minutes, then explain to me that the superviser said that there is nothing that he could do about the problem - I could simply not speak to his superviser...
