Applied for ADSL last year March, I was told that the exchange needed a port update and this would take 6-8 weeks, I was fine with that, I was even given a completion date of June 6. Needless to say June 6 came and went, no ADSL, and now no new project completion date.

Last week received a new completion date of April 5, ok so now we getting somewhere... Just phoned now and the project has been moved to June 29, a 3 month delay without a reason and when i ask to speak with someone in projects i get told "NO" (seriously thats what she said.)

I am at a loss, how can a "private" company make you beg for service? Canceling my home phone and anything to do with telkom. I will NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!! Mobile services for me from now on, unless Neotel comes to the party.
