I have been with Cell C for 2yrs and it wasnt a bad experience in any way, cept for the usual issues with signal here and there. I recently got a tablet with data on MTN and the signal at my place was rubbish.
I contacted MTN about this and they said they would be able to assist. A week later they rock up at my place and install an antenna on the roof (looks the old mnet aerials). Signal goes from edge to 5bars hsdpa. Of course im over the moon and all that but i still need to be tethered to the antenna and cant use the signal wireleslly.
So another call to them about this, and they say they would be able to assist. So tomorrow they are coming to install a cel-fi unit, which basically turns my house into a mini base station, using the antenna
.
Needless to say, when my and my wife's Cell C contracts end we are switching to MTN.
