Cybersmart been hi-jacked?

What happended to Cybersmart? My connection has been down since early this morning. Worst thing is, this is my first day with them! Can't even get on their website?

Have you tried to phone them?
All ISP's should be running a 24/7 call center these days as the internet is 24/7
That's why I am very happy with Axxess these days

Thanks m0zy! I can't believe this! And they say we are not allowed to have other ISP's for our broadband! What about a backup? Now I'm stuck with painful gprs!

Yay! I got my connection. Wasn't here today, but upon arriving I tried connecting again and it works!

Only got on now, all ok and been with cybersmart for about a week now! So far so good...
