Cybersmart Who has??

Just about to sign up with Cybersmart and wondering if anyone else is currently using them or has used them. What are they like? Should i pay a little more and go with another ISP?

Been using them since last yr.. no problems except saix related but then that affects all saix resellers.

Good news so far. Was busy reading through there T&C and saw that if you do not use there email or us other mail accounts they will block those.

What if i use their account they give me for the bill info and i hav a work imap account will they still block the email. I don't see how and why unless you don't use the account they give you at all.

I interpret use as you must read the mail send to you cybersmart email address as that is where they send invoices and other info. It does not mean you have to use it exclusively.

Yup that's my understanding also. Been with them for 4 months now..pay R125 per month. I've just signed up to carry over my unsused gigs to a maximum of 15GB for R39 I think
I signed up for the "carry over" on Sep 29 and on the 1st I had carried over 2.5 usused Gigs
