Sure, the world stage ain't perfect by no means.
The G20 is a forum for the world's largest economies to address global economic issues. South Africa a large economy, really. They can't even agree on a budget, but they want to address global economic issues for others (just for themselves).
Ramapoesa is speaking with a forked tongue, and that's the problem for South Africa, and with the meeting they had he even mentioned again that rich countries should support the poor countries... he's just doing this to get more funding obviously, since they make so many promises to the people they have run out of money to support it all.
With all the numerous funds given over the years, who does the checks and balances to see where all this funding was applied to? Does anyone actually control the way given funds were used? Did it make a positive impact? I have my doubts.
South Africa is more than capable to fend for itself, but certain priorities and bad leadership have stifled it unfortunately.
But, instead they alienated a certain part of the population who would've made a huge impact for progress and development over the last 30 years.
