It is just a commonly used group name. There isn't even bad intent. Try calling an everyday thing by a different name from now on and see how difficult that is.

I have no idea where you work or stay dude. I think I need to hand trophies to my white colleagues. Never ever I heard one of them saying k words when referring to blacks. And, I have been with them for 9+ years. Mostly english peeps with some from german/beligium/dutch/irish ancestry though, none of the tiny flag supporters found here (due to principle no doubt) so maybe that is the difference.

I hear it all the time at braai talks, all white people are racist, at least all of those I know. Even those that pretend they are not and have black friends. Then it's more of a classism really. Where they view only poor people is the problem.

I even heard a coloured guy at work use it the other day. That was a bit wierd for a few seconds. He was really scared that I would tell someone and I had to explain I don't really care much for people calling each other names.
