Dark Green/Black PC Monitor

My secondary screen for my pc turned dark greenish when i booted it up this afternoon
-My pc still detected it as my second screen
-Pusing any of buttons on the screen itself does nothing, except the one closest to the power button which
turns the screen from dark green to complete black
-Connected it to my PS4 and still has a dark greenish screen
-Same thing when i disconnect my primary screen

Is there a way to resurrect it or is the dark greenish screen the sign of death for LCD monitors?

Yea forgot to mention that
I tried 3 different HDMI cables to the same results
All 3 work when connecting my PS4 to my primary monitor and TV

gave all the troubleshoots a try no menu or anything appears when i press the buttons so can't factory reset and the built in diagnostics just make the screen go brighter for a few seconds
