Why do databundles need to expire after 30 days, when voice bundles can accumulate for 6 months?
Are there any valid reasons for this? - "Everyone else is doing it" is not a valid answer.

The telecoms industry are so used to giving the South African consumer such a good "Rogering" They cant help but find new ways to screw us over.

In Vodacom any product goes through a lengthy product development cycle and all factors relating to the product is built into the business rules. Out of this process pops the specific product parameters that is then turned into a commercial product.

It's often a very fine balancing act between cost, benefits, legacy products, etc. and definitely is not a thumb suck.

With all due respect Vodacom3G, does Vodacom not recognise that there is that market that would like access and only uses a small amount but canot afford the monthly payments every month for an affordable rate. Lets work this out together.

I am using only 150 megs a month. Paying it on the pre paid is going to cost me R300 a month.

Having any form of bundle that I can use will cost me R120 (@ 0.80 a Mb).
If that was available I would surf hence see the value in internet and always use it, client to vodacom, loyaly stays with the service offerd.

There is that huge market of pre paid surfers out there, just like the phones, who only use a small amount but there is no reason to rip the ring out of it.

There worst thing is that they have it available to top up with on a contract how hard is it to offer it to someone who goes and buys a 3G card straight out (R2000 into the bank of vodacom straight out, and a client for the future)

Makes you wonder hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
