Data contract softlocked - yesterday via *111*502# had 2.3Gb

Hi

I have a data contract with vodacom, and my account was topped up (if that's the right term) automatically on 1st of the month with 2.3 Gb.
Last night I checked *111*502# and still had ~2Gb data left.
3G watchdog and android are not reporting any abnormal data usage, but this morning I was softlocked.
Can someone please assist in resolving this?

Hi. The account is in arrears and together with the new invoice issues on the 3rd, it has brought the account to its mandatory credit limit, and therefore the line has been locked.
