Data rollover: Icasa leaves it to the ISPs

So just as I got excited about my unused and paid for data staying with me to use later on...this, and why my 100s of GB that were still available at the end of last month on my DSL data package have vanished again. :sick:

Why is it that data you have paid for in advance on a DSL contract is able to expire, considering...

1. Its data you paid for
2. Its data have not used yet
