Is there any way to change the way Vodacom prioritises which data should be used first? Logic says, from a customer point of view, that the data that will expire first should be used first. However, when I buy a data bundle, it immediately starts using that, and not the included data that expires at the end of the current month.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the priorities. According to the customer call centre, priority order is based on product type and not expiry dates.

Once off bundles then offer bundles then monthly bundles, so you should only be buying once off bundles after you have depleted all your other options.
