Those services dont cost that much money. These ISPs can host their webspace and email overseas if they want for less than $10 per month per 500+ users.mccrack said:Just think about what the ISP's need to provide you with for that 13% -> 27% .

These things cost money .... the 2nd Tier ISP's need to provide the most whilst recooping the least.

The extra services are just marketing tools: they cost the ISP virtually nothing, and they are passed on to the consumer as if they (the consumer) are scoring a huge "extra".
