So ...
I have begged, pleaded, negotiated, screamed, asked nicely - just about everything a man can do ...
Rain just do not seem to care that for 13 days in a row ... I have no Rain 5g signal. (Premium package)
It just not me either ... I have started a whats-app group in my local community to share our experiences and signal quality - and the vast majority report similar problems or frequent down times.
Below is my signal stats for the last -nearly- 2 weeks.
The majority of my support requests go unanswered ... no one responds.
If you do get a response - its just the generic: "We have escalated the problem to the network department"
I am really at wits end and do not know what to do anymore ...
Not even one single offer to send out a techie to assist.
None of their staff are willing to take responsibility and help solve the issue ... you just get put on "hold" and you will never know if someone is actually attending to the problem.
They have agreed to refund me for days that it doesn't work -- but that's not the point!!!
I want internet!! I can deal with a slow (slower than normal) connection but no connection what so ever???????
I have even gone so far as to create a screen recorded video to show them what exactly happens but they just thanked me and that was the last of it.
I asked to speak to a manager 5 days ago ... and still have not heard anything from them since then???
@Ceo Willem Roos ... how the hell do you run your company? Do you actually have any idea how your customers are being treated by your staff?
There is some serious customer service lacking in this company.
