Since the first month of our adsl contract they've been charging a "DSL contract fee" which is in fact a cancellation fee (R62.19 excl. VAT), even though we haven't cancelled or upgraded.
I've been to the Telscum shop (can't stand hold music) 3 times now and they always tell me that the problem will be fixed soon, but the next account always has this amount on!
So, what must I do to get this looked at with some priority? (Except for holding them up at gunpoint like that guy who was trying to get his ID book a while back.)
