I receive these personal looking eMails from you (at least that's what the return address says). They address me by name - making it seem personal, yet when I respond to that email, it goes into a black hole never to be heard again.

I got this yesterday:

I responded to that email - the address was gian@afrihost.com. That was the end of that. I have also lodged queries with your sales department via the web and... nothing.
I've since unsubscribed. Let's hope that works.

Got the same Email twice this week, sent to spam along with all the other promotions, if Gian ever did send me a real personal Email I would give him my opinion on the company he runs.

Either way that's not my major gripe. My major gripe is they don't respond to any traffic that goes their way. Do they really expect everyone to pick up the phone to get anything out of them?

I think a lot of companies are advertising and advertising but they don't have the capacity to handle all queries.
