Debit order did not go off yet.

I signed a new contract last month , and i filled in that debit order needs to go off on the 1st of the month , though i am worried now ,because it did not go off yet , I don't want to be blacklisted etc.

I am sure the details is right as my connection fee was deducted at the right time.

Maybe cellc rep can have a look for me?

cellc's debit orders usually goes off the 25th of the month...

Depends on the date you signed. If its after the 15th, it only goes off the next month.

Was on 9th feb , ok will check if it goes off on the 25th.
