Decent online ML tools to analyze my monthly bank statement

What decent low cost ML tools can I use to analyze my bank statement monthly? I'd love something that can accept a CSV or other format and highlight rows that need my attention. I operate as a consultant with my personal bank account and have some expenses that I claim as tax-deductable but have to go through the bank statement with a fine toothed comb every month.
There has to be a decent tool I can train to highlight the expenses and stick them into a spreadsheet or something.
I don't mind having a go at DIY using Python or other scripting system. Any suggestions?

I'd be very happy to share what I dev if I find something useful.

Have you asked ChatGPT?
If you're willing to get your hands dirty, have you had for something on huggingface.co ?

Will take a look ta.
I was thinking python and tesseract for a local solution.
I might have found a good starting point...

Create an expense report in a format that can easily be copy and pasted into Chat GPT and it should work like a charm . (Assuming you're using GPT4)

I'm wanting to feed an expense report, not create one. The idea is to highlight what is business spend and what is not based in a bank statement as input
