defeating the proxy

i do alot of web development for sites overseas and what annoys the living big gsus out of me is the fact that whenever i do a change the highly effective wbs proxy doesnt reflect this... anyone know how to defeat this?

ctrl+reload
or sometimes shift+reload

that should force the proxy to reload a fresh copy.

nah this is a reeeeal stubborn proxy and it wuz more to do with a shell swf file loading another swf filew which was being cached... but i resolved it with some funky anti-proxy code
