Defy thermofan oven problem

I have a defy thermofan under counter oven. I take very good care of it. Lately the fan only comes on for a few minutes, it is very noisy, and then stops turning. The element works fine. Can anyone please help

Seems like the fan either needs to be serviced or replaced(more likely).

I'd guess the fan is packing up.

Try to phone the service department at Defy and see what they suggest. The should be able to tell you exactly what needs to be replaced and advise you on how to remove the faulty components. When I had problems with my Defy Washing Machine they were very helpful and even replaced a bearing for me for a nominal fee.

You can purchase a new Thermofan Motor Assembly from Defy or Tecsa (search for SCOM3) if required or other spares such as the Thermofan Thermal Cutout etc...
