degraded service tonight

anyone experiencing terrible speeds tonight?

i still have bandwidth but speeds are crawling at 1-4Kb/s

customer line says i should download drtcp and blah blah blah...

Customer line is full of fertilizer. It is the end of the month and everyone is downloading as much as possible.
One of the drawbacks of not carrying over unused gigs !

Mine was fine last night in Cape Twon, but I dont think we ever really have over saturation on my tower, its pretty cool, yet speeds still suck during the day...
