She's really helped me out so please be nice... We need her to remain on our side here :)

I tried this, I did not have a twitter account so I created one, I went to her profile, wrote my long sad story and clicked on "send message" then it told me i'm not allowed to send her a message since she is not following me :-(

I simply cannot believe a single company can have such *** customer service. I mean seriously, i will never, in my life do any other business with Telkom again. NEVER. I will rather pay double @ Vodacom or one of the other competitors. But NEVER EVER in my life will i do business with this piss poor company again. I will tell every person i know how pathetic they are.

Vodacom offered 3gb free with s7 all over their advertising and on deal sheet I had. Now they say after months of delay prove it. I can but really why must I make this effort. So **** service everywhere sometimes.

So i recieved my LTE package 2 weeks ago and been using it without the antenna cause im waiting for telkom to send tech to come install it. Eitherways on my router was only picking up 1 bar signal download speed was about 15mb and really crappy upload speed im guessing cause of the bad signal the upload is bad. So today come home in the afternoon and to my surprise the router signal showing 3 bars. So im thinking im going be getting good speeds. Did a speed test and it was worst than it being on 1 bar signal.

So dont know whats going on with the towers here. But surely this is bullsh*t...

I thought the B31 routers antennae would be for the wifi... seems others contend its for the mobile data...

Check settings. Is it on auto or external antenna. See option under device information on B315 router webpage.

The external antenna is critical to this product working. I live under 3 stories of concrete and was getting useless performance. Put the antenna up, pointed at a good tower and hitting avg 65 - 75+ mb/s now.

Call 081180 and nag them to get them to your place to install it. Repeat this as many times as possible and call around 6PM, they'll answer fairly quickly. I thinks it's option 3,1,3.

Also, go into router settings and change it to 4G only under dial up then network settings.

Also also, while you're waiting for Telkom to come install external antenna, go to system, antenna settings and change it from auto to internal. The internal antenna works better than the bunny ears imo.

Once they've put up your external antenna, change the antenna settings to external 1 & 2.

This product is cr@p.
When i actually want to use the internet i cant do anything. Streaming just buffers, everything is slow, dns is so bad, the list goes on...
Has anyone been able to cancel this junk?

Trying to sort out anything Telkom related is like arguing with a blompot in your garden, at least the blompot looks nice.

Im giving them until end of the week.

"The Network Department reports that The serving site GC_ Waterworld its upgrade will complete on 10th June 2016.

Please test the connection on the following day & let us know should you still have problems. "

So my speeds did not get better, changed the antenna settings to internal also, didn't make a difference, called telkom 180 180, and they said there could be a issue with area or towers blah blah blah, so asked them when they going to send a technician to install my antenna , they said in 72 hours a technician should contact me, and gave me a Ref number, so will keep calling and nagging them.

My LTE at home and work has been better the past 2 days.

15 to 20mb/s, vs the 5mb/s of before the weekend.

Congestion caused by many using their new months bundles and it dying down now?
