I tried this, I did not have a twitter account so I created one, I went to her profile, wrote my long sad story and clicked on "send message" then it told me i'm not allowed to send her a message since she is not following me :-(
I simply cannot believe a single company can have such *** customer service. I mean seriously, i will never, in my life do any other business with Telkom again. NEVER. I will rather pay double @ Vodacom or one of the other competitors. But NEVER EVER in my life will i do business with this piss poor company again. I will tell every person i know how pathetic they are.
