Degrading Telkom LTE Uncapped speeds

Well I'm not on the uncapped deal, using the integrated SIM LTE. Maybe that's the difference ?

Doubt because the trace routes, speedtests and latency is the same for me on the uncapped lte deal and on a prepaid simcard.

Im not on uncapped either, which really makes it worse!!!!!!
I pay premium for 100+100 capped, there should be absolutely ZERO reason why my bandwidth is being restricted as it is paid for and should be catered for.

I'll throw this in the mix. (5 bars signal line of sight poynting antenna)

and pretty much guarantee that in an hours time or so it will ping over 400ms and be under 2mb dl/ul.

Now, the typical problam child which has been 41.150.179.x is under 100ms for the first time ever for months around this time.
But now its routes me to the North West to this sh!hole.

I'm on Telkom's special they're running this month: 5GB capped LTE, on the Huawei E5573 router, in Centurion.
