Can we please follow this "Allan Houson's" request

Please can I humbly suggest that everybody:

1) Post your diagnostics to the Telkom Community thread in the article above

2) Email Telkom's Hello Peter team "HP@telkom.co.za" referencing the thread, and this article

My experience before everything started going downhill on Telkom LTE was nothing short of stellar - great pings and fantastic speeds - I really hope that with sufficient customer encouragement we can get things back to how they were.

I pledge to email them each and every day until this is fixed. If everyone does the same, We can win this.

That is why I will not use Telkom. They can't even sort out their ADSL. In the evenings it seems you have dial up. never ever will I do a contract with them.

Hey,

Sorry to jump in - I lost the thread I was on where guys were talking about the Toolbox and options to change the "mhz" settings,

Do you know where this thread is ? and/or can it work on a Mac ?

I took over LTE in Norwood and initially 30MBps+ with bunny antenna, then daily (all times), under 3Mbps, reported a fault, three days later, full speeds - 45+, anytime of day, late night, whatev's

Now I've just had to log another fault -

Any ideas's, I don't think there are many who have it in this area.

I found this toolbox and i know that i live in a LTE advanced area and my router is the B315 one. So i downloaded to toolbox and then set the network band to LTE-Advanced and my signal is now amazing the SINR is 19 as to it being 9-12. The modem hasnt moved at all. Will post a link for the ToolBox Software. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BwLG-HTpJ_sjMkQ2UF9uVHFoc2s&usp=sharing

Hope this helps
