I see she replies on tweets directed at her regarding LTE degradation but she asks each person she responds to, to email her. I can't imagine her having the time to action all those individual emails though. Hopefully she's got some really good PA's working for her?

She replied to my email in like 5 minutes, and copied in some people dealing with network issues and what not. They are definitely going the extra mile. One of the people copied on the mail mailed me this morning to tell me that they have done some upgrades on my tower last night, and that I should test this evening and report back to see if it's any better

Dumb question: is it possible to see your Cell ID using the Huawei B593s-601 router?

She gives out her email address on Twitter so I doubt that's an issue.

Yeah if you tweet her, she simply asks you to email her the details, then provides that address. Perhaps it's her "spam" account for all complaints. So I'd understand if she missed yours

Are you based in Pretoria?, if so, which part of Pretoria?

So nice since they fixed the backhaul congestion affecting Durban and PE users....

Low ping a fast speeds. My tower was never congested but before the speeds was poor for like a month due to backhaul congestion.

Now it's just eipicness 24/7. Not the 86Mbps I get during non peak times but still very fast for peak time and latency is nice low and stable. Much better than my VDSL connection actually.

I have been away for a bit and also moved house. (same area/tower)
I have noticed a marked improvement though compared to the last few months.
I will do some tests on the weekend.
If its fixed awesome, thanks telkom.

So I've contacted the Telkom rep on MyBB (no response yet), Jacqui 'o Sullivan (no response yet) and Telkom's twitter account. Telkom responded to me on Twitter and even gave me a reference number but are unwilling to supply any sort of timeframe on this being resolved. So I asked to be provided with a contact number of someone who can assist me in organising a rebate as the product I'm paying for is unusable. I've been attempting to get some contact info out of them for the past two days but they're flat-out stonewalling me on this.

Having delt with the billing department at Telkom before (if you get through), I know I'm going to have to speak with someone a little higher up in order to try and negotiate for a rebate. Anyone got any contact information for me?
