My neighbours grew up in MP. Their parents were from KZN, separated from China by a huge water mass. :p:cool:

Travelled on Etihad recently, 4 flights in total. Air hostesses kept on reminding people to put masks frequently when they pass through the aisles.. Masks don't have to cover mouth & nose though which kind of defeats the point, if at all there is any. I had my mask on covering mouth & nose for an hour and then I got annoyed and left it dangling and no one bothered me at all. As a experiment, I removed mask and took multiple naps and no one bothered me either. But, if you are awake and don't have it, then they bother you. Silly really.

"Mask is compulsory as per UAE law" is the frequent announcement made inside aircraft.

I’ve been away on a multi country trip to Europe and North America.

I tried to get boosted before I left but they said less than 6 months is only for over 50s.

That said, I’ve done ALL my travels the last 3 weeks with no mask and I’ve been fine. I may have picked it up but I’m assuming the vaccine and boosters so far are just keeping it at bay. I did have bad sinusfor 2 days, that could have been it.

I was also worried about Monkeypox but since I didn’t get into prolonged physical contact with anyone I figured the risk was very low. I need to get my smallpox vaccine once they ramp up production.

I was jet lagged to no end, finally recovering :)
Took a cocktail of melatonin and a few other things.

I've probably picked up the 'rona virus once or twice meself, but I'm assuming my healthy immune system are keeping it at bay the way it was designed to do.;)
