I saw that type of thing but not yet on any sentech connection. The Mweb one happened at our company a while ago when i think one of the Mweb servers was bombareded with either a few e-mail virus or a lot of spam e-mail not that they will ever tell u that. So i think the problem is on the other side and not at sentech themselves.

The Sentech mail platform is one of the most efficient and reliable platform I have ever come across. If you do experience a problem forward the complete headers of the mail to Sentech support or someone who can interpret these for you. The headers should be able to tell you exactly where the delay is.

i cant help but slag DW (we know who you are m*** tell winston i say hi) ive sent the headers into support where a customer of yours was relaying viruses through your server to myself [ i am by the looks of it running a superior system] it blocked the virus and alerted me on sending the headers to support they said the problem was on the remote end ... ironicaly sentech was the remote end ...

support seem as useless as the mail server ... hopefully you will take our advice and fix it ...
