Dell Laptop keeps switching

my dell laptop just randomly keeps switching off
its a Latitude 7490

My Lenovo did that due to overheating. Check your temps and HD.

Does is switch off when it's just running on battery? Or does it switch off when it's plugged into mains too? Is it under warranty?
