No credits for partial answers. Medical aids are not allowed to take your risk factors into account when calculating your premium. That ***is*** price fixing.

They are and they do.

No it won't. It simply shifts the burden onto the taxpayer. Then you have all that administration cost essentially being kept away from market forces. Then you run out of other people's money and have to increase the funding.

Yes it will, loads of studies even from the likes of the Koch's confirms as much.

No government is more efficient than a market. Healthcare is no different. If you think that this isn't the case, then by all means, give Donald Trump the levers of power to all healthcare in the US. I find it remarkable that in the same thread where the discussion is how a president has abused the power of the office, you have people wanting to give the president even more power. Truly remarkable.

I've yet to come across a healthcare bill that gives the president more power and control over it. I doubt you could even begin to explain what control or power you are even thinking about here. Truly remarkable.

If you don't control an asset or how you use it, it is nationalised. That is the fact. And you would be on my side if we were talking about the "ownership" of woman's bodies when it comes to the regulation of abortion. Try to have some consistency.

Yes that is a fact, except thats not what is happening in this case. Are petrol stations nationalised or are they private? Speaking of womens bodies, republicans have nationalised that using your logic. Try to have some consistency.

There isn't any point in discussing economics with people who work on the assumption that a healthcare system run by Donald Trump is going to be more efficient than a free market. And yes that is what you are arguing as you don't know who will be president in the future.

Thats your incorrect assumption because you haven't educated yourself on a single democrat healthcare bill. Seriously go read them.

Important point, so also found here.

Imagine if there was no delay bring it to the Senate, there's been a whole load of corruption/impeachment evidence come to light.

Greg, this made me lol for real

ROLF oh just you wait till the snowflakes find out that the rules of evidence excludes hearsay testimony, rest of us will be rolling in the isles.
Poor pencil neck only has 1 fact witness.

And don't even bother with your usual BS
RULES OF EVIDENCE IN AN IMPEACHMENT TRIAL.
4. Hearsay testimony. Sections 2230-2237.

We certainly must try the case according to the rules of evidence. We want to see the records themselves.

Let me help you with that, this is how impeachable abuse of power looks.
Skip to 52:00, watch him boast about removing a state prosecutor investigating his know nothing crack head sonny boy.

We will be waiting here while you find anything close to this that Trump said.

Just as well Mitch has said he's going to be guided by the rules from the Clinton impeachment, in 1999...

... and not, you know, the rules Senate used to impeach a judge in 1830.

The rest of your post is Qanon tinfoil...

The trial is guided by the chief justice, not the senators. The senators have 0 say about the rules of evidence.
You want to submit hear say testimony you have to submit the original record.
He was speaking to allowing witness or not.
Either way under federal law, rules of evince states it has to be a fact witness, hearsay testimony is not admissible.

Only on the rules package not federal law.
As your Dem hero's' have been bleating, nobody is above the law, not even pencil neck and in name only speaker Pelosi.
If you don't understand how it works, what an episode of Judge Judy, when she rips a clown and tells them you cant tell me what XYZ said = hearsay testimony.
