I've recently (as in 1 July 2015) started a company with a partner. We provide first aid, fire safety and occupational safety courses/ training. For first aid level 1-3 which we offer, courses + company + training person must be accredited with the Dept of Labour in order for us to issue certificates of competency to students. I am struggling my size 32 butt off to find more information on their website and the people at the other end of the telephone seems to not know either... Can anyone help with the procedure/ advise on how to get this done? Are there any other accreditations we need (by law)?
