Designated groups according to EE laws: black people (black Africans, Coloured and Indians), people with disabilities (people of all races and creeds) as well as women (of all races and creeds).

Coloureds and Indians are less black when it comes to BEE, AA and EE. Remember Jimmy Manyi's statement about the Western Cape having too many coloureds?

Jimmy Manyi utterances don't change the law. Furthermore, EE laws doesn't make any distinction you put forward above.

It works according to a scorecard. Africans score the higher ranking, pale males are rock bottom, and the seniority makes a difference as well. A handicapped black female is the ultimate score

You need to go and chat to those folks upstairs, edumacate them. Or is it perhaps you conflating EE with BBE?

He said that, according to the BEE act and its amendment bill, companies would not earn points by including white women in their BEE schemes.

Interesting read:
Furthermore, the beneficiary base of Employment Equity includes all South African citizens except for white males that are not disabled, whereas beneficiary base of the BEE Act is focused on Black persons and per definition excludes white persons, irrespective of gender or disability, from its ambit.

Interesting read:
But I explicitly mentioned Employment Equity in my post and further indicated I don't know enough about BBBEE to make any meaningful comment. Read my post again.

As I said, conflating conflating EE with BBE, because you replied to a post on BEE.
Please help me by providing proof of this. As far as I'm aware all BEE/AA legislation treats blacks, Indians, coloured, Chinese etc the same. If you qualify for BEE/AA then you have the same rights.

Designated groups according to EE laws: black people (black Africans, Coloured and Indians), people with disabilities (people of all races and creeds) as well as women (of all races and creeds).

You later said, as you mention:
AA is an umbrella term for both EE and BBBEE from what I understand. BBBEE is beyond my knowledge so, I cannot put forth anything usefully regarding how it works.

That's why I'm pointing out the difference.

Many people get confused. When BEE is pointed out, EE is used to make it off as being mere stories.

The real question is, should we still have these in 2021? Atm these policies are nothing but vehicles to defraud the wider South Africa with no regard for race or sex.

Or are we going to wait another 25 years, then WEE, BBWEE, never learning? ...

And then you have SARS cracking down on tax evaders. Look where the tax money is going.

Oh...

And what's BBE? I'm lost.

What I meant was that Employment Equity and BBBEE are distinct laws. I sought to indicate this distinction though I may have done it badly.

Yeah, killed off the economy with AA, BEE and crazy labour laws. Sowed racial hatred. Unfortunately, Russia and China is far. May not always survive the long trip when needing medical assistance.

But...but...but Cyril said last night we have world-class doctors and medical staff here.

Or is this for the love of The Comrade Motherland. Say 1 thing, do another. Which is the ANC's modus operandi.
We may have world class medical staff, but we don't have enough. To see a specialist in the rural areas is almost impossible.

With that being said, it could just be that he's running away from his condition being leaked to media by some unscrupulous hospital officials.

No, it means they get to waste our taxpayer money to go on a trip to sunny Russia. You realise these guys probably see the army medical staff right? In which case it would be some unscrupulous army personnel who does that.
All these fat cats go overseas. Nobody stays here to get their help.

I suspect less medical, and more lets revisit Nuclear, now that the powerships have been vetoed.

Nuclear? Eskom can't even keep a kettle on a coal fire boiling to produce electricity. Now you want to give them a Genie in a bottle with a ray of sunshine?
