Still obscure. Probably still doesn't explain how so many get into the country whilst it's increasingly difficult to get into the USA even with post-matric education and a number of years of work experience.

500000+ Africans get into that country and here we are struggling, even with good post-matric qualifications and experience.
How?
Green card lottery/diversity visa. Nigeria was actually removed from the list because they had so many successful applications over the years.

I work with teams from all over the world, I have a few black colleagues who are ex Saffas in Australia, Europe, USA and Canada.
They pretty much all said the same thing, they didnt want to raise kids in a country that was going to teach them to hate based on colour.

Tried twice now. I think they picked people from Libya last year. Then it becomes difficult with other types of visas.

Without all the details you have no idea if they’re in the US. Africa still needs to come online so the type of work matters.

OK, so in other words you haven't answered my question in any shape or form. Whilst it was more rhetorical, pulling some random thought out of the ether implies confusion with the question.

You will never get a straight answer out of him. He only does vague and cryptic and then criticises others for not understanding. Can you imagine him as a team leader?

I answered your question, who do get to solve the technical challenges in Africa?
People that have lived there…
You can’t exactly learn that from a book, but if you have the skills then you should apply.

Equiano has already landed to my knowledge.
Facebook isn’t zero-rating data out of kindness

Look at which countries those cables land in, then contrast that with no other country in Africa has the data center capacity we do yet.
Amazon’s Africa HQ is going be here, no South Africa HQ.

Sorry, you're on the wrong forum thread here. My question was how 540000 Africans, most likely with ZERO qualifications managed to get into the USA over a 4-year period. The DV Lottery only selects 55000 people worldwide per year.
Then I mentioned how difficult it is to get into the USA, and I think you pulled something out of nowhere in order to try appear intellectual.

Failure on all parts.

You're smoking your week-old socks dude, everybody else here is commenting correctly and here you are making no sense.

I mean really...it's like stating that you shouldn't be catching Tuna off a boat when the thread revolves around the latest Porsche being released.
His comments have nothing to do with anything at hand. Probably patting himself on the back right now..."there, there. Great nonsense comment!"

Do the numbers for 2020 for the top 10 countries seem unrealistic?
Again only if you’ve never worked with anyone from other parts of Africa you’d assume ZERO qualifications.
