Again only if you’ve never worked with anyone from other parts of Africa you’d assume ZERO qualifications.

I have worked all over Africa. Such an assumption is not needed. It's the norm. A two week electrical course made one of my flunkies such a "Master of Electricity", he was dangerous and had to be watched constantly around high voltage.
