After more than a decade of waiting, Diablo 3 is finally being replaced by Diablo IV.

This thread is intended to be a place where we can share our experiences, chat, laugh, and interact in a way that continues the decade-long legacy established by MyBB Diablo players.

We've proven to be a very friendly, 'gesellige' community over more than 11 years and aim to keep it that way

Being a part of the community means that when you feel for some company in game there are usually a couple of people around you can run with who you can trust to be 'lekker'; swap loot with; help with boosting or grinding through otherwise boring bits; share tips, tricks and build suggestions; and generally just hang around with and have a good time.

The aim is to keep the OP updated with our MyBB and Blizzard usernames so that we can connect easily in-game and here on the forum.

Times have changed and technology has moved on in leaps and bounds, and, while many now stay in touch via Blizzard Chat, Discord, XBox Live, PSN Chat, and many other platforms; many are still most comfortable chatting via good 'ol MyBB - it remains, in my view, the best way to communicate asynchronously.

If Diablo IV is anywhere near as popular as D3 was, then this is going to be a very busy sub in the very near future.

Experience in Groups​

Parties have significant advantages for leveling up quickly:

• Groups are generally more powerful due to stacking of buffs, debuffs and other synergies between party members.
• Base XP gained from monster kills is gained by every party member individually at full value, regardless of contribution.
• All XP is shared in a large radius (multiple screens). Depending on the type of activity you're doing, you can spread out and split farm either Dungeons or outdoor zones to speed up your progression.
• When you are close together (~3 screens radius) you get a Party Bonus buff, increasing XP gains by 10%.
• You can boost low level party members into higher World Tiers by carrying them through Capstone Dungeons and profiting from the massively higher monster base XP and World Tier multipliers there. This allows one high level player to power level others from 1-50 and beyond in no time

I'm not really a multi-player kind of person and only ever gamed with a clan on Destiny 2/PS5, so I'm clueless about this.
