Did openserve/telkom upgrade line speeds for clients?

I got a fup level 1 notification today which is really weird as I never get those.

Think fup1 is from 19:00 to 21:00 which is suppose to be 50% of normal speed but my speeds were way less than that after 21:00 so I rebooted my router and did another speed test. My normal 4/2Mbs is now reading 10/5Mbs on ookla, speedofme and some other independent speed test sites. Thinking back now I did start a few few large torrents and was thinking that was fast to myself without paying much attention to it. Was also watching a 1080p60fps youtube video today and going wtf as that's usually not possible. So now I get why I got fup1, my fibre speed more than doubled but my uncapped data package is still the same.

Did openserve bump everybodies speeds or is this just a glitch in the telkom matrix.

Hi, Openserve have discontinued the 4/2 package and have moved everybody on that package to 10/5, some people reported that this was done end of October / November. They not charging for the upgrade until Jan 2019, so expect a slight increase in price for the fibre line.

2/4/8 are still on telkoms website for ordering.
