My ADSL has been down since Friday, Telkom has finally fixed the problem. Login to DC and start my Rapidshare downloads only to be greeted by some of the worst speeds I've seen this month, I'm getting between 4-10KB/s. Normal HTTP downloads are fine, I get around 30-38KB/s.
Digichilli why are you shaping Rapidshare so badly, I mean I pay for my Premium Rapidshare account and I don't see why I can get 30KB/s average for normal HTTP downloading and nothing even close with Rapidshare.
Andre or Dave can you please explain the Rapidshare Issues.

The Rapidshare problem needs URGENT attention. Does any one know what the problem is?
Speeds seem to have dropped for me, anyone else notice?

My guess is their shaper is refusing Rapidshare ports or something like that, or someone at DC is hogging the Rapidshare bandwidth![]()
Rapidshare speeds are getting better now, but still little unstable though.
