Lol no medals for SA. Our chances for a medal for track and field in Tokyo next year are looking very promising :p

The 4 x 100m men relay team has potential. In my opinion, had the 2nd changeover been smoother, we would have stood a chance of bronze.

Yeah out of all the track and fielders they stand the best chance of getting some medals I think. Also our long jumpers. They came 4th and 5th. But the Olympics will be a bit tougher.

Other than that I guess we'll get some more swimming medals (hopefully) and just maybe another triathlon one as well. What else is there..

Just hope it won't be another Beijing for us. Or worse

Beijing is history. We broke a world record in Brazil. Also, one of the long jumpers is a former world champ. But the youngsters from Jamaica, US and Cuba are going to make it difficult for him, if not impossible.

Yup they were too good for our guys.

I totally forgot about Semenya and Wayde. If they're even going to Tokyo, I don't know. Semenya is currently barred from competition and Wayde still has a bad knee I think. I don't think he'll be able to defend his title.

Not surprising. We have no athletes using Salazar's preparation methods...
That we know of lol. Better keep an eye on Victor Hogan if he's still around..
