Last weekend I had perfectly acceptable ADSL access to www.launchcast.com - a personalised Internet radio service from Yahoo.
Since Friday evening 12 Mar I tried to access and got DNS error/server not found. Tried with my IS dialup and get access. Can ping, but cannot get to the home page via ADSL.
Is anyone aware of a Telkom policy that goes beyond just shaping ie beyond de-prioritising traffic types, and goes as far as blocking sites? If so, I feel this is a form of censorship that should be challenged.
