Letter seems fake though, it states "we need several blacks just to maintain the status quo." I dont think any educated person would actually type out a statement like that.

Up until recently I also didn't think companies actually prevented managers from hiring white staff, I used to think that if you're white and the best candidate you'd get the job.

A little while ago though I found out that a large retailer doesn't even pass white people's CVs on to the hiring manager, they have a strict BEE policy.
