Why would I need to do that? All I need to do is check if they are compliant with AA/EE, look at how successful they are then ask you how do they manage that with AA.

Ask Spur about their financial hit when they pissed off the boertjies - took them years to recover and they still haven't.

I would venture to say that Spur probably doesn't want that type of Clientele anyway, and is better off without them.
They're actually doing just fine now that they're staying away for good.

Because in the private sector you are held accountable. In the public sector everybody is free to steal like they want.

I am sure that there are some that do. At the same time, there are many that do not, who see it as a salary, are not engaged and have no love for the vocation.

I also don't find any problem in getting a white pharmacist to sell me boner pills. Even if the local pharmacy just like dis-chem has a black person manning the till. Shock you as a white person will not get a skill less job. This has been the case for 20 years.
