Because white people are still a majority in senior / management positions, are still a majority in company ownership, are still a majority in private land ownership, etc... despite being a tiny minority population group. Why is this?

White people in companies created by white people. Black people can start their own companies too. Black people should start creating wealth out of nothing the same way white people do it. If you want to make everything about black and white then you need policies that just give things to people that didn’t earn it which ends up with a easy come easy go situation.

Just have a look at the number of companies listed on the JSE 30 years ago compared to now.
