It doesn't help when the black population was less than 20 million 30 years ago now reaching 50+ million and an economy that is isn't growing but instead contracting.

If we had a free and open market without restrictive labour laws right at the beginning of the "new" south africa, and the government offered the best education (south africa has the biggest budget on the continent but offers the worst quality at the moment) to give people the best opportunity (for free, here is your BEE) to compete in the real world, we wouldn't be sitting here arguing and the economy would be growing at double digit levels.
