Because the likely hood if the child endured physical abuse very likely cases of sexual abuse as well, your likely to argue that being a minority as well.Next you going to argue there is a fine line between corporal punishment and abuse.If the purpose is to cause physical harm/pain it is abuse period. Convenient when you hit an adult it is assault, but when you hit a child it is a "punishment". I would hazard a guess there is as many cases of unreported abuse if not more compared to reported cases.

A principled objection by a few employees to this by saying all their employees are "black" would knock down the entire tower. What is going to happen? Is some auditor going to do a pencil test on all employees to make sure they are actually not black?

Make sure healthcare services are disrupted? Check
Disrupt international shipping? Check
Cause fuel shortages? Check
Make sure police are unable to do their basic function? Check.
Damage a mine tailings dam to the point of collapse? Check.
Make sure critical drainage infrastructure is damaged such that a bit of rain washes away an entire city? Check.
